Nickname: "Star Flower" and "Pebbles"

Scientific name unknown
— Also note red "pebbles" tunicate behind this one, but the description below is for "star flower" Habitat: Rocks, under overhangs, extreme low intertidal. Description: Colonial tunicate, very gooey in texture. Tunic transparent clear or orange. Zooids resemble those of "white tadpoles" but have very notable little white dots in a circle around the surface, and appear to be arranged in loose oval systems. Notes: this one stumps me. Resembles the photo of Synoicum parfustis here: http://naturediver.com/gallery/index.php/Chordata/Peach-Coloured-Compound-Tunicate-Synoicum-parfustis but not the description from BC tunicate key, and I'm not sure the photo poster knew for sure.
