Dysstroma citrata? moth

This moth looks very similar to the one I photographed on a spruce tree around the same time.
— Though this looks very similar to Thera otisi on bugguide.net, I had another bug expert tell me it was probably Dysstroma citrata. I'll try to document them more this fall.
